Help me Id which turbo action valve body this is

So I picked up some parts and in the lot was this valve body. Doesn’t appear been installed after turbo action modified it. I’m looking on their website and can’t find anything about it. I’ve attached some pics. Hoping someone can help me out. I’ll probably call them tomorrow but maybe someone will know based on the pics.
