13.3's to 11.8's to Forget it...

I fully understand, that if I wanted easy peasy, I'd just order a 475 hp crate engine. Then, even if I have a bad tune and only had 410 hp on tap, I could still hit my number. I don't want to do that. Maybe someday, not today :)
