Stop in for a cup of coffee

I'm still trying to figure out how sugar cube sales might be political....

I don't think I bought any cubes since I was in grade school and needed to build an igloo for a school project. LOL. I know my dad sometimes had them in the cabinet in recent years. So, I guess they are a still available. I normally don't put any sugar in my coffee. And on the infrequent occasions that I have tea, I prefer honey.

I'm guessing the price question varies by retailer. I know some are different from online price when you go buy it in the store. And that can be higher or lower. Makes it tough to compare prices. I would be very surprised if any were 100% same across the country.

My reason for asking the price question was that I figured out that if online prices from these large companies where the same all over the country it would be expensive in the states with lower wages, while here in California it would be cheaper since people earn more money here.
The high sales tax here in California will of course make things more expensive, if I buy something for $10 here it will be a total of over $10.90, and $10.55 in the opposite corner of country which is Maine.
But that is too little to explain the difference in cost here compared to many other states.
