Anyone have any idea how long the shim is that goes over the piston plug for the brake and reverse servo? From what I can figure out the accumulator piston rod should be 3". Not sure about the shim. I am missing those from the kit. I think once I figure that out I can pop it all together once I get a new filter and pan gasket.

Typically, the rear servo piston shim dimensions are:

OD = 0.750"
ID = 0.504"
THK = 0.284"

Mentioned before, some use various thickness flat washers to fill the gap. Just make sure the washer that sits next to the plug has a large enough ID so it will not interfere with the radius cut. If you have a lathe, you can make a shim easily. Might need a new snap ring that retains the plug shaft. Sometimes if they are spread too far they lose their shape.

The accumulator blocker rod is typically 0.500" dia and length is just under 3", maybe around 2.956". Double check to make sure the valve body sits flush with the blocker rod installed before torquing valve body bolts. If it sits up a little, reduce the length a little until it sits flush.
