According to the wife, this deer was in the oncoming lane and she would have missed it all together if it just ran in the direction it was standing. It didn't do that, it swung it's hear around behind it's rear which stuck it into her lane, that was all she hit was it's head. Can't predict what those stupid deer will do. The car has Brembo brakes all around so she was able to get her speed down from 55 quite a bit.
