Stop in for a cup of coffee

Here's my cheat sheet.
12 V Power from the accessory circuit goes to the fuel gage & regulator.
5 V power comes out from the regulator goes to the oil & temp gages.
Could it be a bad connection? a loose nut where the 5 Volt power comes out?
