When does money outweigh sentimental value? 1968 notchback build thread

Oh yeah, the car runs. I've been tuning the Holley EFI a bit. I need to drive it so it can do it's base learn under load and I can finish the tune. It's a little fat at cold idle. I need to fine tune the Coolant Temperature Enrichment %, Air Temperature Enrichment % and the A/F Ratio Offset Tables. But I have good starting point I think based on the start setup and tuning I've done.
