Stop in for a cup of coffee

I was always a good money manager. I didn't have much to manage so I had to watch every penny. That skill is something they should teach more of in school. Life skills. There was Economics in high school but they taught how the big system works. They didn't trach you how to balance your check book though.
We had to do a check book course for a year in middle school but it was kind of a farce.

I loved economics, I just never had money to really care about managing until I was 26. Up to that point, I had like 2 bills, rent and car insurance. So I blew it on stupid **** left and right. Hind sight is 20/20 but if I'd just put 10% more back into a 401k, I would have nearly 450,000 more in my 401k at this point in time
