That is a great deal, but at that weight it's an older bird. Not sure howold, but might tend to be a bit dry.Your recipe you plan to use shouldhelpwith that. Just keep it basted. Maybe inject... I've never done one quite that big, but once you get in the 20+ range it is easy to dry them out due to long cook times. Do not stuff a bird that big. Some celery and onion in the cavity is good though.
