Ok, now I'm lost. There is one big port on the rear of a Holley or the front of a Carter, so how can you hook the PCV up to the "large carb port" and your breather tube "to carb base"?

Did you go to the ME Wagner web site and read all the tech stuff there?

What I would do it hook the PCV valve up to the large port on the carb and put a breather on the other valve cover and skip any other hoses.

Damn, I'm lost.
yes did that but the oily residue is all over my intake
Is this a new build?
Or is this an older engine that developed the problem after some miles? If so how many miles?
How much oil is in this engine?
Did you verify that you have the correct dipstick?
Something catywampus here, engines dont just suck oil out of the crankcase without a major problem in the lower end blowing compression into the crankcase.
Sorry for all the question, just trying to figure this out.
yes correct dip stick , fresh oil change 10w30 ,its an older motor built about 10,000 miles ,I swapped intake to airgap added 750 holley and discoved the issue , never ran it before bought from a buddy who wrecked his dart ran great then , thus the wrecked car LOL
