340 motor pumping excess oil on right side

YR do those look like the correct rocker arms for a stock 340? I thought the stock oiling system does not oil thru the push rods?

1951 they are the same 1949 to 1956,going to do a leakdown test this week ,getting it ready to sell had it 10 years tons of mods full restoration
