Tips Installing New headlight adjusters

the ones that Dana linked above look like the ones i have (used ones) laying around. I dont think there is metal in mine? but they are just laying loose in my toolbox. What about going to a local parts store in the "help" section?

OKay I’ll try that.. these I bought from Classic Industries. They look like the originals but just don’t fit. They started to bend in the sheet metal as I applied as much force as I would dare. There’s just no give between the plastic and top/bottom springs So metal clips doesn’t compress.
