340 motor pumping excess oil on right side

if I connect the breather tube to air cleaner it sucks the oil instantly fouling the plugs to no start if it did start it would definetly be very blue

Does your engine oil thru the push rods up to the rocker arms?
Do you know if there have been any oiling mods made to block?
