Dashboard on the older cars was usually darker with a matte or suede finish. I think your car looks sharp in its original colors - and a light color is cooler in the sun.
Thank you, but my car does not have the original color. It was light turquoise from the factory. The color it has now is not even a 1965 Dodge color. No one knows what it is. I could be a 2011 Jaguar color for all I know.
