I am sorry I was being bad, I just could not.help myself, it is kind of a flaw I have. The valve cover has the 1.5 inch tube in both ends, and since I was not able to get the engine to idle slow enough I wondered if I had a pcv valve that flowed too much air. The other option was that the carb was worn out and false air coming in around the throttle shaft. Until I discovered that I had been adjusting the wrong screw. When I adjusted the right screw everything was fine.
