Apparently they harvest every 4 months. They pull all the water actuators, on this pond, about 1/2 acre size. Then 4 guys drag nets through it with electrolysis to exicte the prey. At least 10 nets full of Shrimp, some, very large, which the owner kept. Many people there to help, was very interesting.
