stealth heads on a 383?

I hear I just got a 67 block with 12.5 pistons 30 over bore am using a suggested roller cam and a big set edelbrock heads of open port I can port or just match port all . using air plane gass and a stock 383 6 intake and carbs in a 68 cuda 4.30 gears no stall is this good 4 street. o have option 4 4 speed.
