You wouldn't be buying heads, you'd be flow benching your old ones to know what you were or weren't doing right. I know one thing...if I'm buying am alloy heads, I'm porting them heavily. These arent exotic, these are far from stock ootb.

Honestly I already have much more than $820 in my stock heads.. I've already kick myself in the butt for not knowing that I could have bought these heads for $820 but quite possibly that wasn't possible 5 years ago.. or I was at a machine shop listening to all the hype...
I'm happy and comfortable with where I'm at what I have and where I'm going..
I did all the porting I wanted to on my stock heads.. I've cut my roll bar back out, I've put heavy steel cop wheels on, I've had my cam re ground with much less duration and much less lift.. surprisingly enough to you probably my ego is still intact...
