I kinda doubt it. If it fits through the K frame and lines up with the end links it's probably just a bracket issue. There really isn't a lot of extra room in the K pass through, I know my Hellwig bar barely fits through by itself. Speaking of which, on my car the bracket that holds the bushing is right up against the nut for the mounting bracket, it's as far forward as it goes so it's probably only about a 1/4" or less different than what the OP shows for his. Just enough to fit.
I would suspect the brackets are just a little off. I'd call PST first, but I would be prepared to either drill new holes, or maybe slot the mounting holes a little so you get the space to mount things up.
