Screw the gifts, whats for Christmas Breakfast??

Headed to the kids for Xmas this AM. The daughter in law is 27, super smart RN, and I am not sure she can boil water! Told she is making a breakfast casserole!!!!! Brunch at 10:30... TF is a brunch!!?????????????????????????????????/ Between breakfast and lunch, why is it not a "breach"!???????????????????????/
