Is Lunati Cams still relevant ?

Wow, I got a red X for asking a question? Oh well , the Grinch must of thought I was dishing Lunati or something?

No harm intended .

Are you talking about Brian Crower who does mostly late model stuff, or Shane from Crower who is a member here? I did go through some of their other offerings for other brands, and it looks like they dropped cam choices for them as well.

Hard to argue that. The Voodoo series was the last lobe that he designed for the mass market. I have read some of his later postings about things he was working on. I'm kind of sad that we will never know he was developing.

This is why I've argued about such small companies as Alliance Cams, General Kenetics, Ultradyne and although I don't think he ever worked directly for Comp, some of Comp's grinds are kinda "Haroldish". I think he was the one who figured out that a 110 LSA was the "sweet spot" for nearly every sort of engine you can imagine. Kinda funny everybody kinda picked up on it and ran with it about the same time his grinds were getting popular. I HAD an old General Kenetics catalog years ago that somehow met its demise, but it had all sorts of really up to date modern grinds in it because of him. He was cutting edge for sure.
