Freds 73 Scamp restore on a budget

If your dash is still out Fred, I would be tempted to do it on bench. One wire at a time and add a new style of bulkhead/fusebox, seeing as how the old bh was deleted?
A MH repop underdash harness for our 67 cuda is like $700-800. I have a spare 67 harness that I may replace one wire at a time??
