If you want to keep the original efi the only real option is to use a Bellhousing and flywheel from a manual trans equipped Dakota or Ram. The Dakota was offered with an AX15 5 speed trans behind a 3.9 v6 and the Ram had the nv3500/4500 5 speeds. It is possible to find the stuff on eBay occasionally if this is the route you want to go.
