5.7 hemi swap in a non A body?

The msd ignition does it work with vvt?
Iwe got a 5,7 truck 2013 and a 6.1 from a jeep srt 8.
I like this idea with a hemi in my old truck :-)
Wich would be the easy swap from a 318?
