whats better J or X heads

I've never seen a 70 340 Dart with factory X heads, not saying it didn't happen just I never seen one. Every one I have ever seen has been J,U or O.

My 70 swinger came with J heads. For damn sure.
I bought it from the guy that ordered it new, and he sure as hell didn't swap the heads.
