Jeep 5.9 magnum

just a regular compression check with a gauge hooked to the spark plug hole , throttle open
god on the EFI but cam selection is special compared to a carb
no new head needed with cam or roller rockers
you may need new studs/ for adjustment
someone will chime in
do read the B3 4 articles so you know the end result required
and then figure out how to get there with magnum rockers
look up the "RT CAM" from Mopar performane not the one that came in RT trucks
and the "Sausage" regrind
make notes on their complete specs
and any others experiences with the 5.9 EFI combo
maybe jeep forums and truck forums
do keep us posted
my 92 has completly different OBD1 computer so i can't help you tune but you have a much better efi system to work with
Iceland- would not ever think of going carb
incidently the stock 5.2 early cam is bigger than the 360 cam , some have swapped or used as cores for regrinds
