Hurst 4 speed shifter handles 7036 and 5973 fit (bucket or bench)???

Hey guys! Sounds like ya'll may know where to reference these #s (7036, etc) from in a parts book or document somewhere? When I try to look up these numbers in the parts catalogs all I can find are part #s that don't seem to match these stamped #s on the shifters. I'm trying to find these source documents that state what these #s mean so I can have for my records.
