When you try to get torsion bars out, take the bump stops for the upper control arms out so the arms will drop down a few more inches. That usually helps relieve more tension off the T bars so you can knock them out easier. I usually take the C clip out of the torsion bar socket in the crossmember, take the nuts off the LCA pin and the strut rod....and knock the LCA backwards until the torsion bar pops out of the back of the socket in the crossmember. At that point, you can get all the stuff loose. Hope that will help you next go around...lol.
