1973 Dart 340 Sport Project

A little rant for this Monday. Ordered my wheels from Summit - Vision Legend 141 aluminum, 17x8 with 5.25 backspace - on December 1. Still on back order from Vision, now estimated to ship first week of February. Totally unacceptable but what can you do? It's not Summit's fault. When I contacted Vision directly I was told they'd get back to me. That was three weeks ago. Just a heads up to anyone thinking about Vision wheels - check availability first or be prepared to wait.
On a better note, the Dart should be home sometime next week. Got a call last week from Bay City, they were installing the weather stripping, rebuilding the pop out rear window, and polishing the aluminum wheel well trim. Got another call on Friday that they recommend replacing the original windshield due to its condition. Was hoping to save some change here but like Bobby said, why put a 47 year old windshield on a car this beautiful? They're also replacing the windshield trim since mine had a few dings.
