As far as warranty goes, they Pretty much have gave me amazing service.
Certain things with a year or two warranty kind of blow. Most tools never ever a problem.
Recently it changed though as I had 14 years of a Snap-on rep who owned his franchise, actually his boss had 3 and he bought his route. I think this guy is corporate.
I will say this though, they used to spoil me with tickets to the us Nationals or Route 66 Nhra events, a new Snap-on winter jacket, a Leather jacket one year, I have several like new in stock.
That all ended in this booming economy
