What are cams on them? These are the ones that came from PST with my rebuild kit.

Doesn't look correct. On my stock rebuild (both times) the bolt heads are to the outside of the brackets with the nuts on the inside.
new shocks, new bushings.

I think you sir are correct on those ones being on backwards, good catch! Do you think it will interfere with anything?
