Drive it a little with the wheel covers off. make sure the lug nuts are all tight. I had a Chrysler once that the wheel covers squeaked and groaned at low speed. I bent all the retainer clips out a little bit and all was quiet!

Demon, I did take the hub caps off , a friend told me about that, still had that noise. Yesterday I replaced both rear axel bearings , took it out for a ride still have that darn noise in the rear end. Does any one know where I can hook up a oil pressure gadge ? I cant seem to find the oil sending unit I want to check the oil pressure. Its not by the oil filter. Thanks in advance Bruce.
