I took it for a test drive yesterday morning, but I only have one inch of shaft clearance before it bottoms on the trans so I didn't want to get on it until I can be sure it has the clearance for when the pinion twists up.
I also clamped the front of the leafs.
Taking the shaft in this morning to get it shortened an inch so when the pinion twists up I should have about 1.5 inches clear of the yoke bottoming.
The rear was nice quiet and smooth and the disc brakes stop better than the drums and gave me a bit higher pedal.
So far everything is looking real good.
