My daughter was born with light blue eyes but they are a chocolate brown now. I was born with light blue eyes and mine are medium green/blue now.

I was born with very light hazel eyes, my parents didn't know how I came out like that because no one else in the family was like that.

Then after awhile they turned very dark brown, even black appearing at times.

Oh wait, I guess I'm not Caucasian..

I am guessing by Caucasian, you mean white. I have seen a lot of gorgeous caucasians in my time.
