I started out with A body cars. I've had a few over the years along with 3 B body cars.
I recall having a really hard time with a transmission swap in a '73 Duster. The shift linkage clips were really hard to reach with dual exhaust and the torsion bars right in the way.
Interior stuff up and under the dash isn't much fun either. It only gets worse as you get older and your
up close vision starts to degrade. There are many tasks where you can see it or touch it but not both at the same time so it is a matter of
feel to remove or install the hard-to-reach bolt.
Doug Thorley headers in a Duster with a 4 speed and a 360....It would have been great if the engine didn't need a starter. I had those pipes in and out of the car at least 12 times denting for clearance before I gave up and bashed the hell out of them with a sledgehammer just to feel some satisfaction.
