It's been my experience through my work and helping people get their cars on the road that nine times out of 10 it isn't a total lack of funds or lack of Parts it's more lack of motivation.. some people say they don't have time but most of the time they seem to have plenty of time to watch TV... and a great majority of the time there's so many things that they want to get done they get themselves overwhelmed and can't get anything done... What most need is a kick in the butt....
