the sleeves where used on several different models & thier respective emblems.
Im just thinking you may have the best luck searching acrossed other models & thier fender emblems of similar vintage.
Ive never seen them for sale individually, but new stuff pops up without me knowing it.
It is just a thin plastic sleeve, surprisingly simple. One could probably come up with something very similar for a few cents if need be.
