The oil holes are always down toward the head. If you see the oil holes when the shafts are mounted then it's wrong. Your putting them on right.

Thanks I thought so.. but then I also noticed the holes are offset and read some people faced them in and I am pretty sure for oil cooling and oiling path they go out and down towards teh exhaust..
