Stop in for a cup of coffee

Hook one end to something solid like a big tree. The other end a 30' chain hook the other end of the chain to the frame of your good truck. Back up as close to the end of the bumper as you can. Put it in forward LOW gear and then floor it. When your truck stops back up and check to see if the twist is out. If it is not repeat procedure until the twist is out. But don't do it in that frigid weather or the metal may crack
Bumper is off. Wont fit the straigtened frame until i get the knots out of it. I have a tiger torch, will heat it if i have to.
