Clean the slip ring. Eraser and electrical contact cleaner.
That alternator is missing the grease shield. Typical of rebuilds. :mad:
Never said why you are swapping pulley.
A lot of the new ones seem to have incorrect dimensions, including too much of an interference fit. Probably some cost saving measure. :rolleyes:
