Sacramento County ban on home “major auto repair”
It's easy to go along with city code when working on cars isn't your hobby.
It's incredibly unfair when the city says you can't do what you enjoy.
Some cities say you can't garden, or own guns, or even collect things. They just want you to be a mindless robot, I guess.
The fundamental issue here is that you have government telling you how you must live your life, even if it doesn't affect your neighbors. There's literally no problem until they create one to justify their own existence. That's not freedom.
Are you doing anything about it?
My turn to ask a question of you.
My neighbors are that. If it doesn't intrude into my property, it's LIFE. FREEDOM. AMERICA. And it gets on my nerves sometimes but I deal with them directly whenever possible and only as a last resort. And I'll fight to the death to protect their freedom if I have to.

I'd be bitter if life forced me to that point. But I would also look at what caused it, and how others live.
