Rods, to use or not?

Hi guys, I have a set of Scat I beams that I am not sure about. They went through a blow up a couple years ago. Split a cylinder, broke a piston, bent some valves. I have new bolts but as I inch closer to having my assembly balanced I am second guessing using them. My machinist should be able to look them over and give me a yay or nay right? Thanks
