Sacramento County ban on home “major auto repair”

To continue this pissing match that's going on here, also let it be known that code enforcement had their eye on that smashed Toyota, as it was sitting on the street on the side of the Greek Church.
Around here, if the car doesn't move after sitting for 72 hours in the same spot, it can be orange tagged, by enforcement for removal from the street.
And just moving it a bit, or across the street won't hack it either.
So Code Enforcement would have cited it anyway, in a day or so, with it being on the property, on the driveway.
Don't know why many think i'm the jerk, when the code was being broken in the first place, and enforcement would be taking place anyway.
