This is what liberal socialism looks like. Lots of talk and lip service to the uneducated about making things more equal, but in reality it is a play for more power to the people in charge and less say so for everyone else. Keep people down and dependent without a voice. California is a complete mess. Hard to believe people put up with all the bs out there.
