I have neighbors that are exactly that... crackheads with constant traffic all day... all night. **** piled up to every edge of the property lines. I have walked over and had those conversations with them. guess what? they cleaned their shithole up. I didn't have to call the yard police. traffic in and out of that crack house has decreased substantially. I don't know why you decide to pick an argument with me , but I'm not a cop caller. the rest of us on our street handle **** like that ourselves. we don't have to go running to the phone to handle it .
