actually it is the 376/288 is at .004 like a Crane- this grind is an old Cam Dynamics one
so compare it to a low lift 268 comp
but it does not slam the intake closed hard like the comp which is a good thing
I f you own it run it
if you think you need to change advance and then retard 4 degrees and see what your motor really likes
I had a Mopar Crower 218 at .050 cam with .525 lift so that one leaves a lot on the table
but then as I said it is easy on the valve train
almost like a stock 340 cam and about the same vintage duration is actually a little shorter lift about the same
why go higher with stock heads?
