Add your abody driveshaft length for quick reference

Just for reference, center of axle shaft to center of rear universal or yoke for the 5 axles that were used.
7 1/4 10.09"
8 1/4 11.69"
9 1/4 11.69"
8 3/4 12.35"
9 3/4 13.47"
Okay one other fact I read in one of my books(which I can't seem to find the reference to it now) is that the early A body's had the engines set forward in the engine bay just like the early B body cars. I think it was around an inch, give or take, which would make the drive shafts for the 66 and back A body's about an inch longer for all combo's
This fact was confirmed when I gave the 8 3/4 rear and drive shaft that was in my 66 Dart( 273 4 barrel, 904 with a 70 8 3/4 rear when I bought it) to my buddy after I switch to a Dana, for his 69 GT convertible Dart that had a 7 1/4 in it. The drive shaft was to long for his Dart, he ended up getting 2 1/4 inches cut off the original 7 1/4 shaft to fit, mine would have needed at least an inch cut off of it.
