Stop in for a cup of coffee

The vibration causes inflamation in my hands so its simular to carpol tunnel syndrom. I wear vidration dampening gloves but have to hold on to the grinder tight so the descaler is easier on them.
I know the feeling too well. Aside from those tools, I have had way to many hours use of sanders, etc. Combine that with too much keyboard time in previous manager job - pinky and ring finger get to tingling too often. I was told its actually a nerve that runs up by elbow. Has improved in last couple years though. If I do a lot of work where gripping too tight, screwdriver, pliers...My hands will just lock up. Just gotta put the tools down and relax a while.
