Oil filter relocation kit

Sooo, is there a kit available or is the home mechanic cobbling up something better. Consider this question on by from a new guy.

How did you guys do it?
If you home cobbled it, show me, (ummm - US!) how it’s done.

I myself wandered here thinking about my ‘18 Ram and the wife’s 16 Durango recent oil changes I did and how bad the oil filter location sucked with the air pan in the way. I’m saying to myself while I was under there, this **** sucks I could do better than this crap!
