TTI SHORTY OR LONG TUBE ?
TTI large tube race 1 7/8 with 3 inch exhaust out the back . Note the steel mounts so the don't knock around with a large cam. The pipes are sitting next to the exhaust that came off the car. It had 70 manifolds. This exhaust was a perfect fit . Better then any I ever installed on any customers car. He paid the price but got what he paid for. I would recomend their long tube . this was a pretty radical motor they make a smaller tube which I would recommend with power steering. We changed this car to manual steering for the larger exhaust. The smaller Tuff wheel is out of the question now.
We have a cuda getting done he has 1 5/8 tubes with power steering. They are hooker super comps. Tight fit and have to be tapped in at places. TTI is the best choice no matter what header style you choose. You get what you pay for. I added some pics for reference. He opted for the H-pipe as we recommend . It comes apart and leaves room for a driveshaft loop. also provides adjustable width for installation. Deck height and heads change the header location a tad which is noticeable . Just a thought. Also better for large cam High RPM motors. Less bends.
